Cresskill, NJ: RD Legal Funding, LLC (“RD Legal”) is proud to announce that Joseph Genovesi has been promoted to President of the company. The official announcement was made earlier this month. In his new position, Mr. Genovesi will oversee the entire legal funding business.
“Since joining RD Legal in 2011, the company has grown to new heights and I am glad that my position in the company has grown as well,” says Genovesi. “As the new President, I hope to continue the upward trajectory of RD Legal well into the future.”
Mr. Genovesi joined RD Legal in 2011 as Senior Vice President of New Business Development and Origination. He later was promoted to oversee the underwriting, deal origination, and database departments. He has 12 years of experience in the alternative investment industry. Mr. Genovesi was the SVP at an alternative investment advisory firm as well as VP at a global asset manager with over $3 billion in hedge fund investments. He has an MBA in Finance from Rutgers University and a BS in Finance from Villanova University.
